Campus Director
Bill Bloodgood
Bill Bloodgood is the Campus Director of Orchid Garden campus and joins us from New York. However, he calls the San Francisco Bay Area home because of his college time there in 1971. Bill has been working in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than 30 years but he is still fascinated by the study of how human beings grow and how teachers can help kids grow up strong and happy.
Bill received his Bachelor's degree in English Literature from University of San Francisco, and is both a certified ECE Teacher and a ECE Director. He also holds a certificate in Multiple Intelligences from the Harvard Graduate School of Education/WIDE.

Assistant Campus Director
Kina Guo （郭旭）
Kina Guo is the Assistant Campus Director of Orchid Garden Campus. She has eight years of experience working in kindergartens in Beijing and enjoys working with children of all age groups. Kina's professional interests include applying different educational philosophies such as Multiple Intelligences, Montessori and Orff music to enrich the classroom experience for her children. In her spare time, Kina likes playing badminton, piano, and doing yoga.
Kina obtained her degree from Beijing Chaoyang Normal University and is a certified ECE teacher.

Yolanda Li （李洪宇）
Yolanda Li is the office manager of Orchid Garden Campus. She has rich experiences working as a school administrator. Previously, she had worked as an administrator at a Chinese language school for three years. Earlier, she had also worked as a preschool teacher. Yolanda strives to create a conducive bilingual environment for the children. In her spare time, she enjoys music and traveling.

Ivy Liu （刘金玉）
Ivy Liu is the office assistant of Orchid Garden Campus. In her spare time, she likes reading and traveling with friends.
Ivy graduated from Qin Huangdao Vocational College of Foreign Languages in 2005, majoring in English Education.

Shurong Zhang （张淑荣）
Shurong Zhang is the school nurse of Orchid Garden Campus and joined Ivy more than three years ago. Previously, she worked as a preschool teacher at a public kindergarten, as well as a school administrator at a private kindergarten. In total, Shurong has over thirty years of work experiences in preschools. In her spare time, Shurong enjoys traveling and making new friends.

Li Cao （曹利）
Li Cao is our Orff music teacher. She has been training Orff music teacher at Chinese Orff-Schulwerk Association since 2003, and has been working with pre-school age children since 2000.
Ms. Cao has received a certificate in Multiple Intelligences from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She went to America three times and has received a certificate in Orff music teacher from the San Francisco Orff Certification Program.

Nursery A Class
Iryna Dudlya
Iryna is the lead English teacher of our Nursery A Class. She has excellent communication, leadership, organizational and time management skills and her passion lies in ESL as well as the application of Multiple Intelligences theory. Her motto is "The best teachers teach from heart, not from the book."
Iryna holds a Master of Arts Degree in English and a TEFL certificate.

Xing Wu （武星）
Betty Wu is the Chinese lead teacher of our Nursery A class. She has over 11 years of experience teaching preschool age children. Betty specializes in children observation as well as creating a positive learning environment for the children. In her spare time, she likes traveling and reading.
Betty graduated from Beijing Chaoyang Normal University in 1998, majoring in Early Childhood Education.

Sugar Tang （唐伟兰）
Sugar Tang is the Chinese assistant teacher in our Nursery A class. She is responsible and treats children with love, patience and great care. She prefers to teach children through lively and fun activities.

Nursery B Class
Jennifer Bristow
Jennifer Bristow is the English lead teacher of our Nursery B class. She is originally from Vancouver, Canada and her teaching background includes experience running summer camps, teaching, and volunteering at preschools in Canada. She has been living and working at Ivy for over a year now. In her free time Jennifer greatly enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and exploring Beijing on her bicycle.
She attended the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and has received her certificates in Multiple Intelligences as well as TESOL/TEFL.

Xiaocui Li （李晓翠）
Xiaocui Li is the Chinese lead teacher of our Nursery B class. Ms. Li has over five years of teaching experience and truly enjoys spending time with children. She is devoted to learning and developing together with the children at Ivy.
Ms. Li graduated from Shenyang Normal University in 2006 majoring in pre-school education. She has awarded Chaoyang district outstanding teacher.

Ying Wang （王缨）
Ying Wang is the Chinese assistant teacher of our Nursery B class. She is an experienced pre-school teacher. Previously, she used to be the lead teacher at Liu Shikun Kindergarten as well as the lead teacher and head of the teaching research group at Wanke Kindergarten. It is her greatest passion to love and educate children.
Ms. Wang graduated from Beijing Normal University, majoring in children's psychology. She has also received first class teacher qualification, which is the highest possible honor for teachers.

Jing Liu （刘静）
Jing Liu is the caregiver of our Nursery B class. She has more than two years of experiences working as a caregiver. She is friendly and gets along with colleagues and children very well. Jing's wish is to provide children with a healthy and happy learning environment.
Pre-K1A Class
Gregory Christensen （格雷）
Gregory Christensen is our English Lead teacher in the Pre-K1A class. He joins us from Boston, Massachusetts where he was born and raised. When he was seventeen, he spent his junior year of high school in Barcelona, Spain to learn Spanish. This sparked his interest in learning new languages and cultures. Gregory had also previously lived in Hong Kong and Florence, Italy to experience different cultures.
Gregory holds a Bachelor's degree from the George Washington University and certification in Multiple Intelligences.

Zhen Jia （贾甄）
Zhen Jia is the Chinese lead teacher of our Pre-K1A class. She has over four years of experiences in preschools, and has won several professional awards in artistic talents. In her spare time, Zhen likes drawing and playing instruments such as piano and accordion.

Xiaojiao Li is the caregiver of our Pre-K1A class. She has many years of expereince as a caregiver. It is her mission to take the best care of every child in the classroom.

Rashidah Aziz
Rashidah (Ako) is the English teacher of our Pre-K1B class. She has been teaching in preschools in Singapore for the past 4 years. Previously , she had worked for the children's education department the Institute of Mental Health in Singapore. During that period, she worked with children who had learning and behavioral disorders. Ako loves music and is a big fan of Doctor Who.

Tina Chen （陈芳）
Tina Chen is the Chinese lead teacher of our Pre-K1B class. Previously, she had worked as a lead teacher in several preschools for seven years. During this time, she had won many awards in preschool teachers skills competition organized by the Xuanwu District Education Bureau. Tina specializes in music, drawing, and handicraft.

Julia Jin （靳苑）
Julia Yuan is the Chinese assistant teacher of our Pre-K1B class. She has abundant working experiences. She is outgoing and treats children with patience, love and responsibility. In her spare time, she likes reading, drawing and dancing.

Shurong Qiu is the caregiver at our Pre-K1B class. She enjoys her work and she puts a lot of focus on ensuring a healthy and clean environment for the children.

Rommel Penullar
Rommel Penullar is the English lead teacher of our Pre-K2 class. He had over 5 years of teaching experience. In his spare time, Rommel loves cooking, traveling and sports. He is also a pet lover.

Xumei Sun （孙旭美）
Xumei Sun is the Chinese lead teacher of our Pre-K2 class. Before joining Ivy, she had worked in several other international bilingual kindergartens in Beijing. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, playing sports and eating.

Aiyuan Nong （农爱元）
Aiyuan Nong is the caregiver of Pre-K2 class. She joined Ivy two years ago and has a strong passion for her job as a caregiver. In her spare time, she likes to improve her professional knowledge and become a better caregiver.

Mubanga Mulenga
Mubanga Mulenga (Muby) is the English lead teacher of our Pre-K2/K class. She is originally from Zambia and grew up in Canada and United States. She has been working in China for 7 years and had previously worked in several international schools, including Children's Learning Center of Beijing, Australian International School and Montessori School of Beijing. She also has had the opportunity to work with the school administration in successfully designing the school curriculums and helping early learners cop with the challenges of education in the 21st century.
Muby has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a Certificate in Library and Literature Studies and an Associates Degree in Accounting. She has holds a certification in Multiple Intelligences.

Sandy Chen is the Chinese lead teacher of our Pre-K2/K class and joined Ivy in 2006. She is a qualified and experienced teacher with more than 10 years of experience working with children.
Sandy graduated from Beijing Children Normal University where she majored in Early Childhood Education. She has also obtained a Montessori teaching certificate at the Beijing Normal University.
