Ivy Huihao Campus

Huihao Campus Traditional Chinese Lanterns’ Festival

Lanterns’ Festival, on January 15 of the lunar calendar, marks the culmination as well as the conclusion of the traditional Chinese spring festival celebrations. It is also a festival for children, where they make lanterns of various colors, shapes and designs, a tradition almost fading from modern lives. Ivy School will help revive this part of Chinese cultural legacy for children through traditional lantern making, lantern riddles, and lots of other fun activities, all designed to leave children and parents with great memories of what Chinese New Year used to be like!
