Campus Director
Vivian Chen （陈维薇）
Vivian Chen is the Campus Director of Huihao Campus. She has been working in childhood education for 15 years and worked as a campus director in a bilingual kindergarten. She loves music, dance, painting and travelling.
Vivian graduated from Childhood Academy of Zhejiang Normal University majoring in Early Childhood Education.

Tina Ge （葛聪琴）
Ginger Ge is the office assistant at Huihao campus. She has a background in finance and administration. In her spare time, Giner enjoys traveling and listening to music.
Joy Lin （林洁）
Lin Jie is the School Nurse at Huihao campus. Previously she had five years of working experience in preschools. She has a passion for her work and loves being with children.

Carrie Yao （姚艳）
YanYao is the Chinese lead teacher of our CaRouseL class for toddlers. She is an expert in Orff Music and loves working with children.

Liqin Ying （应礼琴）
Ying Liqin is the caregiver of our CaRouseL class. She joined Ivy two years ago and is outgoing, loving and responsible.
Nursery Class
Maricel Diel
Maricel Diel is the English lead teacher of our Nursery class. She has six years teaching experience as an Early Childhood Educator. Maricel enjoys working in a multicultural environment and her goal is to provide a energetic and fun learning environment for our children. At the same time, she believes in envouraging children to work together, be creative, and solve problems on their own. In her spare time, she enjoys reading English literature.

Jessica Chen （陈栋洁）
Jessica Chen is the Chinese assistant teacher of our Nursery class. She has worked in an English training school for four years and had accumulated teaching experience and the communication skills with parents.

Pre-K1Class
Mark Mather
Mark Mather is the English lead teacher of our Pre-k1 class. Before moving to Ningbo his family and he were living in India for 2 years where he worked as an English teacher to Primary School aged children, prior to that he taught at a Chinese Kindergarten in Beijing for 1 year. His hobbies are mostly outdoor based activities and I enjoy being outside hiking, climbing, riding, rollerblading and camping.
Vicky Huang （黄维维）
Huang Weiwei is the Chinese assistant teacher of Pre-K1 class. She loves children. She likes music, handwork and art.

Pre-K2 Class
David Muskett （呆味）
David Muskett is the English lead teacher of Pre-K2 class. He is also the English Teacher Coordinator at Ivy Huihao Campus. David has taught young children for over 10 years and also had experience in coaching young sports teams. He had worked in many areas of education, including language, sports, art and music. In his teaching practices he encourages expression, understanding and emotional balance.
Jessica Li （李婵娟）
Li Chanjuan is the Chinese lead teacher of Pre-K2 class. She has eight years of experiences in preschool education and her experience and work ethics have won the recognition from our parents.

Rain Liu （刘锐）
Liu Rui is the Chinese assistant teacher of Pre-K2 class. She is outgoing and kind.

Lyn Meng （孟令红）
Meng Linghong is the caregiver of PK2 class and joined Ivy two years ago. It is her wish for all children to grow up health and happy under her care.
Kindergarten Class
Andrew Johansen
Andrew Johansen is the English lead teacher of the Kindergarten class and joins us from Australia. He has lived in Ningbo since February 2011 with his fiancée Johanna who is also an English teacher at a high school in Ningbo. In Australia he worked for many years teaching children of all ages how to live in the Australian outback. A large of his job was to teach them how to use all of their different intelligences to survive day to day. He was a leader of the Joey Scouts (6-8 year olds) for several years. Andrew enjoys seeing the sights of China as well as outdoor activities such as hiking, running and biking.
Andrew believes that every child has the right to be able to make themselves great by understanding who they are and where their strengths lie. He strives to give each child the opportunity to do that while having a truck load of fun as they develop into well rounded young people.
Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Education specializing in Primary to Year 12 with a double major in Outdoor education and Physical education.

Liki Sun （孙志超）
Sun Zhichao is the Chinese lead teacher of our Kindergarten class. She has over five years of teaching experience and had represented her school district in providing exemplary classes. She had also won opportunities to participate in training in Shanghai and Hangzhou. Zhichao loves new challenges and has a strong sense of responsibility.
Sun Zhichao majored in preschool education and is certified as a first class teacher, the highest award possible.

Jianping Xiang （项剑萍）
Xiang Jianping is the caregiver of our Kindergarten class. She is outgoing and responsible, and loves spending time with children.
MIK Program (Mixed Age)

Zhang Qian is the Chinese lead teacher of our MIK program. She has over seven years of experiences in preschool education and has a joyful and outgoing personality.

Ren Luxia is the Chinese assistant teacher of our MIK program. She has a talent in drawing and had won multiple awards in the past.
