Ivy Academy

Ivy Academy is a Multiple Intelligences based pre-school kindergarten and accepts students of ages two through six. Ivy Bilingual School

Ivy Bilingual School (IBS) enrolls children two to six years of age. It offers a curriculum designed in the spirit of Multiple Intelligences theory. Children graduating from IBS are comfortable speaking in both English and Chinese. The goal of Ivy Bilingual School is to provide children with the most current research-based practices coupled with the knowledge of the unique Chinese culture.

Graduating Students

Kindergarteners are expected to understand, speak, read and write basic characters by the time they graduate from IBS. Approximately 60% of the graduating children enroll in local elementary schools, while about 40% enroll in international schools.

Ivy MI Kindergarten

Ivy MI Kindergarten offers a quality Chinese-focused program designed to meet the needs of children who will attend Chinese elementary schools. It is designed for Chinese families who would like their children to experience a curriculum inspired by Multiple Intelligences theory.

Graduating Students

Children graduating from this program are academically prepared to enter local Chinese elementary schools. In kindergarten, children participate in "the Elementary School Entrance Preparation" (ESEP) program, which is a direct instruction program designed to teach children the skills and knowledge they will need to pass future interviews and tests.
