Jack Hsu, CEO of Ivy Group, Speaks at CE Leadership Week
Beijing, China. On Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Shangri-La’s Kerry Center Hotel, as part of the CE Leadership Week, China Entrepreneurs held the event “Leadership Development for Fast Growing Companies." Ivy Group's CEO Mr. Jack Hsu was invited to speak at this event, which was attended by over 100 professionals.
Mr. Hsu's speech, "Strategic Leadership Development", is centered around the roles and responsibilities of CEO's as their companies grow exponentially and the expectations from investors and stakeholders become increasingly high. In order to overcome the challenges of a growing company, the leaders must be prepared and equipped with the best practices of planning out a strategic roadmap for their own personal development.
